Use the sub frame method.
If you noticed axle makers and trailer makers don;t or offer a suspension block in a multi axle trailer nor do they have a option for them.
I had boxed/heavy shackle plates that had adjustable holes added to my previous 5er.
I raised my current 5er by the boxed sub frame method. IMO there was less stress on the hangers and suspension while side scrubbing around corners.
