Raising a trailer with torsion ride is not a problem. I had a frame shop raise our camper to be able to put 16" tires under it. A good shop can make the spacers, side plates, align and mount the axles. This was done on a 10800# travel trailer and after some hitch adjustments she tows great with the XPS ribs on both truck and trailer.
