CavemanCharlie glad I didn't ask anyone on here and just used my degree in engineering. The modification was made over five years ago and the camper has seen many miles crossing Texas with zero problems. The frame and axles from the factory were only attached to the side plates. This is by far a stronger mount than what the camper arrived with.
69 Avilon I think you need to crawl under a few campers with torsion ride axles and go onto a few websites which make and sell them. First the unloaded and loaded angle on the arms are fixed and axles are purchased with a factory angle to handle the load they are carrying. Each wheel acts independently and donot require camber in the middle of the axle (bow to you) for them to work properly and carry the load they were designed for.
