Thats what I was originally hoping for, but it doesn't seem like they increased payload at all, so VERY doubtful to tow a fiver. This seems like a GREAT engine for the average half ton user. Great mileage, can go to the home improvement store, can pull an average travel trailer. While its not what I would have hoped for (maybe the diesel Titan will have 2000+ lbs payload), it sure seems like a great idea and I am interested to see it in action.
