The instant ROI on the "Eco-diesel". is you get the slowest modern full size pickup on the market with below average payload, and pay $4K MORE for the pleasure. Then pay 10% more for fuel, and roll dice that Dodge has improved their quality in the long term.
But it will be "torquey". Woohoo.
You can upgrade the performance substantially by getting the base V6, and taking $4K.
Or get the Hemi, for 3K less.
