If you feel your wage is meager, go out and get a better paying job. It's a free country.
When I got sick of working for someone else, I ended up starting my own business. Problem solved. I decided if I had to work, and be miserable working for someone else, and making peanuts, or working for myself, calling the shots, and making better money, that the latter was the better choice for me.
OMG last post, so you know I said "my meager wages (as they have been called by a few on here) " I don't feel my wages are meager but there are a few people here that have told me they are. I like my job and like what I do, if I didn't I would not be there.
My issue is with your anti-union BS, making comments about something you obviously know nothing about. The UAW has given concessions to the big three since 2007, cuts in benefits, wage freeze and no cost on living, something managment has NOT DONE! But yet you continue to blame the union worker for all the problems. This only shows you have know idea what is going on. All management workers have contracts, so why do you think the worker should not?
Why, because you like 90% of all businesses owners think only you should make a good living. But you will cry about how your workforce has no dedication and will quit at a drop of a hat. I know people that own their own businesses and have said the very thing. I ask them why do you lay people off when times get tight, why not cut your wages or the wages of your family members to keep the real workers working? That was not very well received as I'm 100% sure you don't like it either. But if you what them to be dedicated or committed to you, then you must be dedicated or committed to them!
That's enough from me as I'm also 100% sure that you just don't get it and never will.
