So out with the old and in with the new. Have to say my 2002 4.7 was nothing close to my 1994 5.2 V8 Magnum. Even though it was rated higher, seat of the pants told me something different.
I would rather have my 4.7 14/23 E85 fuel rated than the gas guzzling 5.7 12/16 The 3.6 isn't even a consideration as it doesn't come as 4wd. As an aside, my slant six got better mileage than any other engine I've ever had.
What vehicle had the 4.7 rated at 14/23 and the 5.7 at 12/16?
I have never seen the 4.7 rated at 23 , and the numbers you are quoting for the Hemi sound like the old 5.9 numbers.
