1500+ payload? That's pretty good.

Not terrible mileage, but definitely a bit closer to reality. I'd say an average joe should get around 13 mpg at 70, assuming no goofy driving or hypermiling......
13 mpg @ 70 hauling a toy hauler? From all the threads around here with any vehicle, they all say to expect 10's at 60 with something high profile like that. So pulling mid and high 11's at 70+mph seems pretty darn good. And then the bit where he mentions pulling a flat trailer and driving more reasonably and averaging mid 20's seems to fuel the thought of driving too fast for the given trailer's aero. Members on that board also seem to think that the aero combined with high speed is what killed the fuel economy and the member is waiting for another opportunity to test fuel economy.
Decided to look at Fuelly for the Ecodiesels, I can safely say that they blow the ecoboost motors out of the water in overall average fuel economy, even with the tows averaged in.

fuelly ecodiesel 2
random pick of one of the fuelly users that notes towing. Seems pretty good for a 28ft enclosed trailer
