Ram 1500 with 3.0 diesel
Continuing my research for a possible new(er) TV. Anyone own/towing with the Ram 1500 with the 3.0 diesel? Might be to small for my towing needs, but something to think about. Thanks,

A diesel with 240 HP and 450 ft-lbs won't outrun a gasser with 365 HP and 250 ft-lbs in a drag race, but the lower HP diesel will drag a heavy trailer up a mountain both faster and with less drama. Not to mention needing less fuel to do it.
And then this guy ^^^^^ comes along with this little gem and thinks more torque is going to get him up the hill faster than more HP! :R
So evidently Don, there are people out there that think the ED with it's blazing 240 HP will out tow an EB with 365 HP!
You and I know that's not going to happen, but some people don't!
