Currently, all the diesels by the big 3 (Ram, GM, Ford) are excellent. Can't really go wrong IMO. Pick the one you like.
One thing to note is that Ram has two versions of the 6.7L Cummins. A high output and a standard output. The high output comes with a heavier duty automatic transmission. Easy way to tell them apart (besides the window sticker), is the location of the transmission fluid dipstick.
If it's on the passenger side, it's the standard output Cummins and the Ram 68RFE trans. If it's on the driver's side, that's the HO engine and Aisin HD trans.
