Don't let the absence of a 5th wheel prep package deter you from buying a particular vehicle. You can have it installed. I had it installed on the last two trucks by a custom weld/hitch shop. You buy it from the dealer. Besides the ones you mentioned, look at Car Fax car sales and cars.com. No secret place that I know of to buy used tow vehicles.
