My current thought it that this will be more truck that I need, but would not have to worry about anything.
So looking for opinions on the truck, my setup, and what gears to get. I think I prefer the 3.73 over the 4.10 for my style and usage.

I don't agree with your current. There is no such thing as too much truck. It's nice to be on the fat side of towing. I didn't see you towing weight? I might be blind.
My Bad, I'm blind. That weight seems good for your rig. But realistically if you tow 20 times a year and your commute is only ten minutes? I would likely go with the 4.10 rear end.
