Since you may get a heavier trailer some day, go with the 4.10. It's not that much different from the 3.73 and I believe that trans will have a double OD so cruising unloaded wont be bad with the lower gearing.
Also, if you find you have more power than you need (ya right huh) with the 4.10 then a simple tire change can raise it a fair amount until you get the heavier TT.
