Given a choice I'd go with the 4.10 if you plan to tow heavy/often but I don't think it will change your life either way. I have the 3.73 and follow others' towing experiences with the 4.10s. I only tow about 8500# and it's a dream so maybe I don't the right data to give an opinion.
