ram 2500 and 3500

I don't mean to start a war, but in terms of actual differences between the 2, what are they? Within the Ford camp (I hope I get this right as I don't normally get a new truck every couple of years), but the 250 has a 10K GVW and the 350 has a 11,500 GVW. If I recall correctly, both have same gearing, suspension (if 250 is ordered w/ camper/tow pkg), trans, brakes, and the the 350 had 4" blocks in spring pack/250 had 2" blocks. So in a nutshell, pretty much the exact same truck, just a 1,500 pound GVW diff. If I am, wrong, please say so w/o blasting me to kingdom come, but wouldn't this be more/less the same w/ Ram & GM?

Once you go to a 350/3500 dually, no comparison to a 350/3500 SRW.
