I think its a huge deal if this is a def, emission vehicle. Think about diesel quality, DEF quality, idle time.

I doubt those older rovers have any emission control. Your on a very slippery slope if range rover is an example of reliability. In fact any English produced vehicle for reliability is indeed questionable. Lucas electrical systems are a gem of failures historically speaking.
