Yes. Most do stay under the manufacturer numbers. Then again, some blow them out of the water. Depends on you and what you are ok with. Power wise you will have no problem with the Cummins. But I can't say how it will handle the weight with coils as I've never had a tow vehicle with coil springs. That size rig (length,weight) I'd feel better with leafs myself. Again, it's your call and I'd do a lot of research on it. Someone here will be along shortly to tell you that a dually is a must,watch and see. Try a Ram/Cummins forum would be my advice.
