So bee more specific. Check the actual coolant temp and describe the conditions in which it takes a while to get warm....I.E., it's been -20deg up there.
Truck outside?
Plugged in block heater?
Was it fine last month when not so cold?
Once you can check all those boxes, start looking for a problem if everything else is as it should be.
