Towing power has more variables then simply engine size. Frame, suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, etc come in to play as well.
The 2016 F250 4x4 crew cab with the 6.7 is rated to 14K towing conventional and 15.1K gooseneck. It doesn't differentiate between short bed and long bed.
The 2016 Ram 2500 4x4 crew cab long box with the 6.7 is rated to 17K towing.
