Looking for a new truck???
Rig combo in signature, ~9200lbs loaded, overall pretty happy with the 6.0 so far. Just let the motor rev (3k+ rpm), and get the trans in the right gear and away you will go up the hills. If you keep it under 3k rpm, you won't be happy. My towing is the typical 8-10, figured by hand. But my DIC is always about .2-.3mpg on the low side. Non towing the truck loves 55-60mph on 2 lane roads, and under 70mph on the e-way. Keep a steady speed in those ranges and the mpg jumps way up. Otherwise it's about 14ish e-way (with the crazy traffic heading up north which almost becomes stop and go!!!) and just under that combined.
