VM Motori. Recently they bought GM's 1/2 of the company. The 2.8l in the Colorado is basically a VM Motori designed motor.

No real issue with any cam bolt. This has been done in numerous applications from Europe.
The issue was the cam gears were slipping or falling off at higher (150K) mileages.
I would not buy one until they have fixed that problem (and added payload). Hopefully this new design does that.
