Cummins2v98, don't think anyone would dispute that if you towed 15,000 miles a year, heavy, that you should stay with a diesel. That's not what the gassers are about. They're for folks that daily drive their trucks most the time, and tow heavy occasionally.
For THOSE, the cost of maintaining a modern diesel is unjustified. For you, it might be.
People should buy what works for them. I just get tired of the nay sayers telling everyone how expensive Diesel's are to operate.
I gave a example of a 2014 RAM/Cummins expenses for 15K using and replacing all OEM filters and using Premium oil $250. Expensive? Don't think so.
