Ram 3500 Mega cab vs Crew cab
Looking at tow vehicles for a fifth wheel. Is there any reason the Megacab with it's 6'4" bed wouldn't do just as well as the Crewcab with it's 8' bed?

Get the Mega cab dually and you will not worry about the extra weight of the slider hitch.
I choose a B&W manual slider and have 270 pounds of hitch and Demco picture frame. If we end up having to go to a dually with our new Bighorn it will most likely be a Mega dually, which is about a foot shorter than the CC 8' bed truck. Chris
