..Don't know why you bought the Ram, sounds like your 100% disappointed already..instead of living with the misery, I'd take it back...You were told wrong about the picture frame adapter...I told you in my last post that mine is at the dealership waiting for me to pick it up.
Don't think you're going to be happy with this Ram, sounds like you've already made your mind up about that...I came from a PILE of Chevy's, last three D/A's, last two Dually's..awesome trucks, and still are, if I didn't have the Ram, I'd own a Chevy D/A...This is my 3rd. Ram and we love it....only thing I've been disappointed with over the last three years of owning these Dodge Ram trucks is what happened with the adapter...My truck was ordered back in Dec. I drove it off the lot May 9th....no adapter available until July 3rd...but they are showing up all over now....YOU will have to follow up and YOU can tell the dealership they're out there...Mine is at Skyland Automotive Group in Asheville NC..if you go to thecummins forum you'll see more and more are showing up..."Supposedly" they were released about 2 weeks ago...
I'd check back with your dealership, or another one and get the real scoop on the picture frame adapter....they're out there and available now..OR you can get rid of the Ram you just purchased because it REALLY sounds like you don't and won't like it already and get back into a new Chevy.
