Thanks...I never owned a D/A with EB, but if it's better than the one on the 12' or 13' I would truely be impressed....You have two settings on the 13' EB, one for cruise control (green icon) and the more aggressive setting, (orange icon)..push EB once get orange, push second time get green. I've had truck in tow haul, and EB in aggressive mode and the truck literally comes to a stop...on the 12, I would hit the top of I 26 going into TN, (just one example), and I'd have to give the truck throttle to get back up to 45-50 mph....never even dreamed even the D/A with grade braking and EB could be better....but, again, didn't drive one. I've not run into the issue you have with your 13...My 12', with the 68RFE, never lacked for power pulling my loaded 5er up the side of any mountain around here....now it had the 4:10, as does this truck of mine. 4:10 with same tranny as you, the Aisin...but again, I never lacked for power to not only keep at speed, but build up as going up the side of the mountain...just wonder if there is that much difference between the 3:73 versus the 4:10 pulling in the mountains....I will let everyone know how mine does when I tow with it, but with 35 more HP and 50 more ftlob of TQ, I would expect it to do better than my 12'.
