I would get the 4:10's the mileage will be the best when towing and even solo it will not be much different. I can tell with just a few miles on my new 15 Dually with Aisin and 4:10's I am getting 1-2 mpg better than the 11 dually did.
I averaged West Coast towing with the 11 62mph combined weight 29K 9mpg hand calc. It had 3:42's.
Get the 4:10's don't limit your self.
At 70 you are turning 2K in 6th and the engine noise is not noticeable.
