I'm a bit surprised that your truck market is that strong for an 8yr old diesel w/ 140k. The reason I say that is because I also have a 06, a Ram 2500 diesel that I bought in 2013. It had 35k and I paid $24k which I thought was a fair price.
I'm not challenging your assessment of your truck, just wondering if I should see what I could get on a sale.
