Ram 6.4/4.10 dually vs 2016 Ford 6.2/3.73 dually

When the 6.2 ford came out I saw a Teton fifth with a new ford. I asked him about the engine and he said it was gas. He was done with a ford diesel. How does it tow was my question as his Teton was not little. Less power but less issues and he can live going slower.
