However a buyer of an used truck might. OP is greatly limiting his ability to get a good resale value.
The last thing I thought about was resale of my current truck. My truck only hauls my TC, I am probably going to keep it 10 years or more, so after 10 years who cares about resale? This could be the OP's last truck he's going to purchase and it doesn't appear he cares to haul your 5th wheel.:R
