Ram automatic vs asin
I know with the asin automatic you get more towing capacity but other then that what are the pros and cons vs.ram automatic vs asin automatic.

Actually the Aisin have a 150 less towing capacity based on the heavier transmission.

You can only hope seeing the benefits of towing a 13K fifth wheel for the additional $2600 . Like to see how that works out for you in the long run. We can compare here in five or six years, and see if that Aisin has paid you back, compared to my 68RFE for $2600 less.
IMO more bite on the Aisin , and the $2600 extra, then necessary. In Cummins12V98 own words, towing heavy with the 68RFE, and 3:42 gears with X amount of miles with no issues. Yes ,and we all should know by now that was his previous Ram truck. :)
