My guess is the cab/chassis trucks will keep the traditional leaf sprung rear suspension. Cab/chassis trucks need to maintain the 34" rear frame rail width, with straight, flat rails, for ease of upfit.
Dodge widened the rear frame rails of the pickup and added a lot of extra curves, it appears, to accomodate the fancy linked suspension. Not likely they'll adapt that to straight cab/chassis frame rails.
So the solution to all this new Dodge foo-foo rear end mess is-- buy a cab/chassis truck and put your own custom bed on it! :)
