just my .02. the Japanese trucks don't interest me at all
ford is over priced and over rated. Chevy is decent if you can get one that don't vibrate.
all 3 of the big 3 build good stuff these days. all a matter of personal preference
Tundra is built in San Antonio....... Titan was designed in California, engineered in Michigan, and built in Canton, Mississippi. http://www.continentalnissan.com/blog/is-the-nissan-titan-made-in-america/
Just sayin
I don't care where the Japanese trucks are assembled. They are still Japanese trucks and your supporting a Japanese owned company, period. The bulk of the profits go overseas. Just sayin...
I didn't say they were bad trucks. Buy em if you like em, they are just not for me, personally. I don't like that Chrysler is owned by Fiat, but there's still a considerable infastructure for Chrysler\RAM\Jeep here in the US.
Buy what you like and be happy.
Actually, the old "all profits go to Japan" myth was debunked long ago. Toyota is a publicly traded company and profits are distributed to shareholders. You can buy Toyota stock and share in the profits. Also, at one point, the Tundra had the highest percentage of U.S. parts of any 1/2 ton truck. The Tundra is much more American than Japanese.
