My 14 Ram 1500 is 3,900 each axle & is quite comparable to Ford or Chevys standard axles as is Toyota's I'm sure.
They are within a few hundred pounds for sure but I'm sure most would be surprised that the Tundra has the highest axle ratings of all of them. Since you listed a '14 Ram, I will post the specs for all the trucks you list of the same year. All are for crew cab 4x4.

Most also don't know that the Tundra axle is actually d rated to 4150. I can't find the literature anymore but I believe it was rated for 5500lbs.
