Around here Ram has a small but very loyal customer base. People have bought Rams for the Cummins engine and are thrilled with their trucks. Since 2011 I've seen many former GM owners going to Fords. I thought in 2016 the three HD trucks were all very equal. Now that Ford has redesigned their truck I'm surprised the GM and Ram can compete. Brand loyalty is a strange thing in my mind.
Ford finally came to the table with modern design like their competition has had for a while now. The only concern I would have as a shopper would be the engine. Other than that I am sure the 17's are a great ruck. If I were in the market for a gasser the new Ford would be seriously considered.
