NO, its the lock nuts on the steering drag link sleeve , they back off and the linkage can come apart resulting in loss of steering control. It could be a very dangerous situation. A lot of these guys are finding them either starting to back off or only hand tight, and most of the trucks seem to be newer and have very few miles on them. Maybe the title of the thread should be changed because its actually quite serious
