UH. Maybe you want to re phrase that. The air activates the FRICTION brakes to stop a vehicle.
Still off a bit ,air keeps the brake shoes away from the drums.
Spring activated- air released.
BUT. they are still FRICTION. That was my point.
And I did know that about the losing air thing. when the buzzer goes off. it stops.
Don't need no stinkin breaks, have a great Exhaust Brake!
