Lets see, the Ram beat the F-450 in the King of Beasts tests and that was a 2013 Ram 3500 verses a 2013 F450.
The 2014 Ultimate One-Ton HD Challenge had GM first Ram second and Ford last. I would say that's not a bad showing for the Ram as it was a 2014 not a 2015 like GM and Ford.
BTW why doesn't GM use the SAE towing standards for ALL of their trucks like Ram does there buddy, talk about getting and F for misleading. Both Ford and GM strip things off their trucks then do their tow rating tests. Shameful just plain shameful. LOL

From a pure performance standpoint Ram was last. And why so much weight on the SAE standard. Using the transitive property if GM and Ford beat the Ram that is SAE certified don't the other two also pass?
With the SAE tests they have to repeat several times to prove it is not a one time thing. Who would be in the lead if they kept going up and down the same grades for 24 hours??????
Probably no different. I suppose the Ram would eventually be first before it was lapped. :)
