Nice try, but false again. Not many countries outside of the European Union have adopted Euro 6. China have their own, Japan has their own, South Africa has their own, South Korea has their own, and Mexico is a mixture of old Euro and Teir 1 regulations. There are many other countries that are on lesser forms of the EU Euro or US Tier regulations, but most countries around the world do not have any vehicle emissions regulations. So you really cannot say the world's population or countries are not on Euro 6.
Although the major reason the EU wants (or actually needs) to recruit other countries on board with their Euro regulations is because they do not have a big enough market alone to dictate to the car makes on what to do like the US and Cananda can. The US and Cananda don' need to recruit other countries because their market is large enough without them.
I really don't know were this hatred that you have for the US and all of North America comes from, but you should really go talk to someone about it before it consumes you. It rather unhealthy to have such a hatred for people you do not even know.
