Ram's new tailgate design

Nothing wrong with innovation but if it ain't broke don't fix it.
My TV doubles as my work truck. I use my tailgate everyday and have never wished it would swing open.
I'm not against it as long as it works and doesn't develop a silly alignment issue between the panels.
