Ram's new tailgate design

I didn't see the reasoning behind this for a few minutes. My 99 Burb has barn doors on the rear end. I just can't see the DW pulling groceries out of the Burb with a tailgate. Some Burbs have them. With doors on the tail of a pickup, it would be way easier to remove smaller items from the bed of the truck without reaching over the tailgate.....think grass dump
