Rant - looking for a travel trailer

Many trailer manufacturers used to make a floor plan just like that with three stacked bunks, but just about no one does it now.
Lance does, but has too much tongue weight (and this is one I don't understand where the weight is coming from, unless the axels are just too far back on the trailer).
