Looks like you're avoiding tow vehicles that have good towing capacities (which are American made).
The simple solution is to buy a dedicated tow vehicle(My Suburban easily carries 6 to 8 and has payload to spare). Then finding a TT with 4 bunks and a layout that you like will be easy.
