I would love an older Suburban, my first car as a 16 year old was a 1990 1500 Suburban, but I can't find any now that are worth the price they want. I can't afford a newer Suburban. We won't mention my issues with Chevy in general. I won't buy another Chrysler because they are JUNK. I've had too many that I spent too much time fixing. Three engine mounts on a Pacifica. THREE.
Ford doesn't make a vehicle that is usable any more for big families unless you have 50k lying around. Again used prices are ridiculous for the rust you have to deal with. The Flex is nice, but doesn't have the towing capacity.
I bought a Honda for reliability.. Joke was on me, the Odyssey is junk too.
