Do you have kids under 10... How much sleep do you get when they share a bed?
It's not about me. It's about you wanting perfection in a world where perfection doesn't exist. You are going to have to compromise at some point - whether it's setup, size, sleeping arrangements, tow vehicle, etc. You will NOT find the perfect rig that has everything on your list. So, you need to determine what you're willing to compromise on. Two kids sharing a bed seems to be the least of the compromises.
