Not sure if it has been posted before, the KZ Spree 240BHS has a triple bunk in an L configuration in back, U dinette on a slide and queen up front. ULV is listed as 5160 with 570 TW
Another recently discontinued model to keep an eye out for is the Jayco Jay Feather 23K. Very similar to the above KZ 240BHS but no slide and a foot shorter.
