My 25 footer weighed about 4300 pounds. I would lean toward the higher number. Purchasing this camper is a decision you will have to make. If you are not in a hurry you might find something better later (or not). Maybe take one more week and scour the Internet for other possibilities. Best wishes either on this camper or finding another that you will be happy with.
