All I can tell you is it can be done. It's a time consuming project, but in your case......... as in mine......... it was fix it or take it to the dump and push it off.
Quick back story, Bought this camper knowing it needed "some" repair, but once I started on it I found more than I expected.
All I have is before and after, but it took me about 6 weeks this spring, and I learned alot. Honestly it was a fun challenge, and the end product worth it.
The hook for this TC (2004 Palomino Bronco) was that other than the wood damage it was absolutely new, used only one time. It had a tarp over it so no UV damage, and the inside was perfect.







On this camper I replaced the entire drivers side upper side by making a 3/4" x 13' long piece of plywood. I laminated 12" strips of 3/8" ply wood to make the long piece.The existing wood was so rotted that I just ripped it apart and scraped what was stuck to the fiberglass off.
