I think Ford is way ahead of Chevy in regards to Iphone pairing.
I have a buddy who owns a 2011 F-250. His truck will do way more with his Iphone than my Chevy will. The only thing the Chevy will let you do is call, talk with Siri, have her read your texts etc. It will not allow you to play your songs from your phone, Ford will. Chevy missed the boat for sure.
Volkswagen is way ahead of Chevy as well. My wife's VW Sportwagen even allows her to play her music from her phone through her stereo.
If your sync isn't working right take it back to your salesman, I would bet they can figure out the issue. Doubt it's a system glitch, probably operator install error.
