Our local Walmart used to have a nice, welcoming area for picnickers and overnight parkers. That is until some "locals" would camp during nice weather. Then the picnic tables and benches disappeared.
But let's be clear here, Walmart does not allow camping. Some Walmart stores allow overnight parking. Exactly where that line is crossed is up for debate, but ultimately at the discretion of the local store and local ordinance. Occupying a motor home or travel trailer that need no set up seems within reason to be parking.
Occupying a folding tent camper, seems to me to be camping, because there is enough set up and tear down that one cannot right away move if asked. An Aframe is a question one will have to answer for one's own self. Is it the modification of the vehicle or the time it takes that matters?
