You are absolutely right. RUN from that one. With an aluminum sided camper, you have to do what you did - look for water damage from the inside. The difference between an aluminum siding camper, and a laminated camper is the aluminum camper is easier and cheaper to fix - delamination is very hard to fix. Delamination occurs because the substrate behind the outer shell has got wet, separating from the shell.
